4 bedroom, 2 bath spacious home with a lot of natural light! Offers a family room AND a living room. Three fireplaces - one wood-burning, downstairs; one gas log in the living room and one gas log stove fireplace in the corner of the family room. Garage has room for one car and has direct access to the house which means you can unload without getting cold in the winter. Spacious yard with paver patio and sitting area, deck outside of the dining room with patio furniture, an enclosed patio with bbq, seating and patio lights. Laundry facilities downstairs.

Please let me know if you have an animal as one of your guests. There’s an extra charge of $50 per night, maximum of one pet. Also, three-day weekends require a three-night booking or increased cost for two nights. Splitting weekends for two-night stays will be charged an additional $250.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
