Wonderful home in Toro Park near Laguna Seca Raceway, Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, golf courses and more! Beautiful pool and hot tub with remote control. Enjoy the "sun belt" of Monterey County. Four bedrooms, 2 baths. Two indoor/outdoor cats live here. :)

Eight guests can enjoy the entire house. No more than eight people 24/7. If there is more than eight you will be required to pay. Each additional guest is $50 extra per night.

Walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) to Coffee Shop, Angelina's Pizzeria, Tacqueria/liquor store, nail salon, 7-11, etc. On a cul-de-sac. - driving no more than 5 mph, please. As this is a very quiet, family neighborhood, quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

If you plan to use the pool and spa, there is a $75 charge per day in the warm months (April 1st-November 1st). If you would like to use the spa only, the cost is $50 a day. In the cooler months (November 2nd-April 2nd) the cost to use the pool/spa is $125 a day or $75 a day for just the spa.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
